Jamie Clary, Class of 1993 - Since graduating from Leadership Sumner, Jamie has served as a Hendersonville Alderman and a city planning commissioner; he sat on numerous committees including the Vision2000 and Town Center Committees. He has also served on various boards of directors, such as the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, Hendersonville Samaritan Association, American Red Cross Sumner Chapter, and the Hendersonville Soccer League. He still serves on the Executive Board of the Tennessee State Soccer Association where he helped move its offices, staff, and major tournaments to Sumner County. He has been active in his church and has donated to many of the area schools and non-profits. Jamie is perhaps best known for his book The City by the Lake: A History of Hendersonville from 1868 to 1988.
Stan Cole, Class of 2005 - Dr. Stan Cole served three years as the Vice President of Resource Development at Volunteer State Community College and almost two years as Vice President of Philanthropy at Sumner Regional Health Systems. He has served on the Leadership Sumner Alumni Association Board since 2005, as Co-Director of the Class of 2006, President Elect, President, Past President and, now, Member-at-Large. He is a past member of the Gallatin Noon Rotary Club, the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Faces of Hope Board of Directors. He is currently working for the Sumner County Board of Education and is president of the Country Hills Homeowners Association.
